Understanding the Mental Health Impact of Global Challenges on Gen Z

A Global Study

Gen Z cares deeply about global challenges.

They hold a real sense of accountability and desire to drive change.

Mental well-being and purpose drive their decisions as consumers and employees.

Who needs to act?

Our first insights from our inaugural audience perception study on youth mental health reveal that Gen Z’s experiences with global challenges deeply influence their worldview. They consume more news than any other type of content, this often leads to feelings of overwhelm.

Despite the growing availability of resources, many young people don't know where to find mental health support and find their coping skills ineffective. Although Gen Z views themselves as responsible for managing their emotions, they also expect governments, schools, employers, and businesses to step up.

Watch that space for more insights coming soon.
